I am a seasoned health insurance professional with broad experience across the health insurance industry. I started in the business in 2007 and developed a deep understanding of customer service, claims, enrollment, appeals/grievances, sales, quality control, and technical support. I transitioned to a sales role in 2015 and worked as an employed captive agent for local and national insurance companies for 5 years.

In 2020, I joined sales leadership as an Inside Sales Manager and helped two different insurance companies build infrastructure to support multiple inside sales call centers. However, in 2024 due to corporate restructuring I was impacted by company layoffs and made the decision to transition into selling insurance directly to beneficiaries as a broker.
